Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a Double Quick Deli Team Member in Mississippi. You will deliver friendly customer service, prepare and serve fresh foods, and maintain a clean, safe deli area in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with part- or full-time hours based on business needs. Training is provided, and Refuel offers competitive perks and opportunities for growth within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.
• Maintain required food handler or safety certification.
• Must be able to stand during the entire work shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a cooler at 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes.
• Must have visual acuity to check identification and process money orders.
• Must be able to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service while preparing food per recipes and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary food prep and service area.
• Follow all food safety, handling, and cash-handling procedures.
• Stock, rotate, and display products to ensure freshness and appeal.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, sales promotions, and suggestive selling.
• Report safety concerns or customer issues to management and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain punctuality, proper uniform, and a professional appearance.
• Adhere to the Company’s established policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
