The Deli Team Member (Cook Focus) is responsible for preparing and cooking food items, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen area, and providing excellent customer service. This role ensures all food is cooked properly, presented well, and served in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook deli menu items (hot foods, fried items, sandwiches, etc.) according to recipes and company standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, and slicers safely
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperature throughout the cooking process
• Keep cooking and prep areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food prep, portioning, and packaging for display or customer orders
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Work with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Provide friendly and helpful service to customers when needed
