About the Position:

We are looking for team members capable of working in various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests and understanding their needs to assist with meal solutions
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items, assisting across departments
• Create a hospitable shopping experience through merchandising and stocking products and specialty items
• Assist with gathering shopping carts and general store housekeeping duties
• Properly receive and stock goods following The Fresh Market standards
• Slice and prepare meats, cheeses, and meal solutions, maintaining quality standards
• Present a professional appearance, including adhering to uniform standards
