Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Columbia, MD is seeking a Deli Food Service Worker to join our team. You’ll collaborate with teammates to ensure freshest deli meats and cheeses are available and assist customers with quick meal solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include slicing, packaging, labeling orders, stocking cases, unloading deliveries, and keeping displays clean. Must be 18+, full-time availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

• Complete customer orders by slicing, packaging and labeling products
• Provide incredible service and answer customer questions in a timely manner
• Ensure fresh and appealing deli cases and self-service cases by keeping them cleaned and well-stocked
• Unload and break down daily deliveries, stock cases, displays and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory; refill and rotate for freshness
