Qualifications

• Experience in deli leadership with 1–3 years preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified completion of Team Leader Development Program.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds; age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership that promotes the Company's Guiding Principles and Service Credos.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to meet health & OSHA requirements.
• Control department costs by monitoring and improving operations to increase profitability.
• Develop and implement merchandising plans to meet financial objectives and maximize profits.
• Prepare, maintain and track inventories to calculate gross monthly profits per policy.
• Manage inventories by tracking weekly reports and ordering products and supplies.
• Schedule employees and delegate work to maximize store profits.
• Maintain accurate department records of activities.
