Uwajimaya is seeking a Full-Time Deli Supervisor in Seattle who will collaborate to ensure smooth department operations. The Deli Supervisor collaborates directly with the ADM (Assistant Department Manager) to maintain day‑to‑day department operations, ensuring alignment with department and store objectives. They actively engage in training and developing the staff, focusing on enhancing task efficiency and promoting positive customer service behaviors. As the initial point of contact, they address employee behavioral matters promptly, maintaining a harmonious work environment. The supervisor directs the staff’s activities and effectively manages lunch and break schedules. They uphold adherence to health department and company policies, providing a safe eating and workplace experience. They handle customer concerns in real‑time, finding resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. The supervisor monitors product inventory levels to meet the department’s RFB standards. Leading by example, the Deli Supervisor showcases excellent customer service, ensuring that all staff follow company policies, guidelines, and procedures. They report to both the DM (Department Manager) and ADM, and work in partnership with RCS (Retail Central Services) Team.
Starting Pay: $23.35/hr. (Depending on Experience)
Salary Range: $23.35 – $32.14
