Job summary

Uwajimaya is hiring a Store Generalist in Bellevue, WA to deliver outstanding customer service and learn the basic competencies of multiple store departments. You will fill in customer service roles and support various departments as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a people-first approach, with a starting hourly wage of $22.00 and a range up to $26.99. Weekend shifts are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler’s Card.
• Prior retail experience and knowledge of Asian products, preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math proficiency, familiarity with ten-key/calculator, and comfortable using computers.
• Must be able to work at least one weekend shift.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and proactively work independently.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Position Summary
