This role requires strong customer interaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer interaction skills for in-person or phone orders
• Experience preparing deli products, slicing, assembling and portioning
• Understanding of deli meats, cheeses, prepared foods and hot case items
• Accuracy in portioning, labeling, pricing, and order completion
• Managing multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and service speed
• Keeping display cases stocked, clean and visually consistent
• Processing transactions and making accurate change using registers
• Following food safety, sanitation and company procedures
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing demand
• Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs, varied temps
