Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a friendly and reliable deli team member in Paramus, NJ. You will slice, weigh, package deli items, and assist Members with product selection while maintaining fresh displays and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, preparing orders, and keeping the deli area clean and organized. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to club standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a deli department preferred.
• Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service to Members and answer questions.
• Slice, package, weigh deli products and assist Members in selecting items.
• Prepare and package special orders and party trays as needed.
• Receive and inspect deli shipments and maintain freshness and quality.
• Maintain clean, organized deli displays and equipment in accordance with safety policies.
