The Fresh Market is seeking a Deli Specialist to ensure deli product freshness, proper rotation, and merchandising accuracy while upholding food safety standards. You will support inventory accuracy and promotions, delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This role requires a willingness to work weekends and holidays, with a pay range of $14.75–$15.73 per hour. Join a team focused on exceptional service and quality.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor.
• Follow all policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
