Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a part-time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team in Marengo, IL. You’ll provide friendly service, slice and weigh meats and cheeses, prepare salads, and keep the deli case neat and inviting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese for guests.
• Prepare and dish up salads.
• Serve food to guests through the hot case where applicable at location.
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing.
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold.
• Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• May be responsible for dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders, baking/frying products.
