Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a team member to support deli operations on the sales floor. You’ll ensure freshness, proper rotation, and signage, and you’ll help guests with a friendly, helpful approach.

You’ll execute planograms, coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment, verify deliveries, and participate in item transitions and promotions. The role requires 2+ years in retail or grocery and lifting up to 50 pounds; 18+ years old. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alldeliproducts meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms andmaintainaccurateproduct placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.

• Follow all TFM policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
