Pilot Company in Faucett, MO, is seeking a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli team and deliver outstanding guest service. The role supports the Deli Manager and ensures food in the hot deli is fresh, the area clean, and well stocked.

The ideal candidate has experience in foodservice and strong customer service skills, and can work nights, days, weekends and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits are provided per company policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background.
• Excellent customer service skills & a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
