Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Shift Leader at our Indiana locations. You will supervise the hot deli team, provide excellent guest service, and support the Deli Manager by keeping the area clean, well stocked, and compliant with safety standards.

The ideal candidate has restaurant or foodservice experience, strong customer service, teamwork, and the flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay starting between $14.20 and $21.10 per hour with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise the hot deli team and ensure guest service excellence.
• Assist Deli Manager to keep hot deli fresh, clean, and well-stocked.
• Maintain compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team across departments to deliver quality service.
