• Operates slicing equipment and prepares ready-to-eat foods to order; handles packaging and labeling.
• Adheres to recipes and safety policies when preparing items like chicken, pizza, sandwiches and salads.
• May operate cash register and handle money; follows tobacco and alcohol sale laws.
• Maintains general sanitation; follows cleaning schedules; dispose of trash properly.
• Assists in inventory control; logs time and temperature and minimizes losses.
• May help with receiving and storing deliveries; training provided.
• Cooperates with coworkers to ensure smooth department operation and PPE usage.
