Hen House is seeking a Deli Clerk to join our team in Prairie Village. You will gain exposure to all areas of the Deli, from service to hot case prep, grab-and-go meals, and fresh foods, while delivering exceptional guest service.

You bring food-service and customer-service experience, and we will teach you Hen House Deli procedures, standards, and product knowledge to help you grow within a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and make recommendations.
• Work across all areas of the Deli Department.
• Prepare and maintain hot case, salad bar, grab-and-go offerings, and fresh foods.
• Slice deli meats and cheeses safely and accurately.
• Package, stock, rotate, and merchandise deli products.
• Keep cases and service areas clean, stocked, and appealing.
• Operate deli equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support other departments or store operations when needed.
