Responsibilities

• Provide FiveStar customer service by greeting, thanking, making eye contact, and engaging with customers.
• Complete fast paced, accurate sales transactions on a register and account for any mistakes (voids, misprints).
• Prepare quality food using equipment according to FiveStar guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials by informing customers and suggesting add-ons during transactions.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to keep products visually appealing and available.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and surrounding areas.
• Practice safe working habits aligned with company safety rules.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws; follow employee handbook.
