Pilot Company is hiring for a deli role at our travel centers. You will maintain a clean, well-organized deli area, monitor the hot deli case, and ensure stock levels meet consumer demand.

Your day will include following process cards to prepare food to our standards and keeping dishes and utensils clean and organized. The position emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while working flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Willing to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain well-organized and orderly deli area.
• Monitor hot deli case and keep stocked with fresh items.
