You will coach Team Members, manage operations, and align with our Passion for Food philosophy to deliver delicious products with great presentation.

You will oversee staffing, training, inventory, and performance, set goals, and drive sales while controlling labor costs. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Interview, select and train Team Members
• Direct the work of Team Members
• Appraise Team Members’ productivity and efficiency for promotions or status changes
• Handle Team Member issues including complaints
• Discipline Team Members
• Plan the work
• Distribute or assign the work among Team Members
• Provide for the safety and security of Team Members or the store
• Manage the budget for your department or location
• Manage inventory for your department or location
• Monitor or implement compliance measures
• Direct, oversee, and evaluate training to reduce turnover and control labor costs
• Provide motivational leadership and foster an environment of inclusion and diversity
• Identify strengths and opportunities of the team and plan scheduling
• Develop future leaders and empower Team Members
• Maintain safety as top priority for Team Members, guests and products
• Inspire team and guests with a passion for food and go the extra mile to provide best product
• Set and reach aggressive sales and profit goals while managing shrink
• Communicate with merchandising to ensure promotions are communicated
• Make innovative plans to improve business
• Review and analyze financial, LOB and historical reports to improve sales, profits, shrink, labor controls and reductions
