Job summary

Wage range starts at $17.00 per hour up to $25.40, with Whole Benefits and store discounts. The role requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, and adherence to health and safety

Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures products meet WFM quality and preparation standards.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Uses correct measuring devices and follows recipes accurately.
• Helps customers understand differences between WFM and conventional store products.
• Keeps walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready for shifts; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
