Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures proper labeling, dating, coverage, and rotation of products.
• Ensures products meet WFM guidelines for quality and prep.
• Documents waste and spoilage using required forms.
• Follow recipes and use correct measuring devices.
• Help customers differentiate WFM products from conventional stores.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Be punctual, groomed, and ready for shifts and trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and practice suggestive selling.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Adhere to weights, measures, health and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and equipment.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and verify pricing.
• Report safety hazards immediately.
