Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in grocery, retail or food service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service at all times to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Prepare, slice, and package deli meats and cheeses to order while following food safety procedures.
• Prepare, cook, and stock deli items such as rotisserie chicken, salads, hot bar items, and grab-and-go meals.
• Maintain product freshness, labeling, and visual merchandising standards in deli cases and displays.
• Engage with guests to answer questions and provide meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of deli products, pricing, and location within the store.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene guidelines to ensure guest safety.
