• Physical: Lifting/carrying up to 60 lbs.
• Equipment operation (box cutter, tongs, scales, wrapper, knives, cleaning utensils)

Responsibilities

• Assemble and garnish deli items according to recipes.
• Maintain proper handling, sanitation, freshness and quality of all product.
• Rotate deli cases and displays.
• Maintain salad bar and hot bar; restock as needed.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, cases, ovens and fryers; sweep and mop floors.
• Follow store policies and procedures.
