Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble salads, sandwiches, pizzas, party trays and hot foods following recipes.
• Maintain proper handling, sanitation, freshness and quality of products.
• Slice deli meats and cheeses to order and manage tare weights.
• Keep deli cases filled, clean and attractive; assist customers during peak times.
• Assist with receiving, proper refrigeration and rotation of stock.
• Assist with ordering, merchandising and staff training as needed.
