• In the absence of the department manager, manage department operations following established practices.
• Model outstanding customer service and offer solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Assist in growing sales through merchandising strategies.
• Assist in hiring, training and developing associates to meet department needs.
• Maintain department appearance, quality, safety, and food safety standards.
