Festival Foods Weston is seeking a Deli Night Lead to oversee the deli department, mentor a team, and ensure high-quality food preparation and guest service in a fast-paced grocery setting.

You will manage inventory, uphold food safety standards, and drive daily deli operations while maintaining a welcoming department for guests. This full-time role offers opportunities to lead and develop associates within a community-focused grocer.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and training; lead and coach evening deli associates with daily operations.
• Ensure quality control; monitor self-service and service cases, hot bar, salad bar, stock levels.
• Provide guest service; resolve guest concerns and fulfill requests, including special orders.
• Assist with operational tasks; manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety; follow protocols and logs.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability; arrange replacements when needed.
