Job summary

GPM Investments LLC is seeking a Deli Manager to lead daily deli operations and inspire a motivated team. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and cost management while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain ServeSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deli operations and drive performance.
• Recruit, mentor and raise deli staff to higher standards.
• Provide feedback and motivate the team to excel.
• Create efficient work schedules for smooth operations.
• Manage inventory and control costs for efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Prepare timely store reports with insights.
• Ensure health and safety standards in food areas.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A whiz with numbers, comfortable with basic math.
• Preferably experienced in the food service industry.
• Eager to become ServeSafe certified, demonstrating your commitment to food safety.
