FastLane Convenience Stores is seeking a Deli Manager to lead a fast-paced deli team at our Lake St. Louis location. You will manage cooking, frying, and recipe prep while ensuring quality and efficiency, and deliver outstanding customer service in a welcoming environment.

You’ll train Deli Attendants and Assistant Managers, handle cash operations, and maintain a clean, stocked, and presentable deli area. Growth opportunities exist within the company for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a deli or food-service team is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
