FastLane Convenience Stores is seeking a Deli Manager to lead a fast-paced, friendly deli team and deliver exceptional service. You will oversee cooking, recipe prep, and grooming of the deli area while guiding Deli Attendants and Assistants to perform at their best.

You’ll manage cash handling, train staff, and maintain a clean, well-stocked storefront. This role offers competitive pay, PTO, health perks after 90 days, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading deli operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and mentor Deli Attendants and Assistant Managers.
