Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deli operations to ensure product availability, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory through rotation, replenishment, and monitoring of product levels.
• Ensure deli products are handled, prepared, and stored in accordance with company and food safety standards.
• Monitor product quality and freshness; ensure timely removal or disposition of unsellable items.
• Supervise and manage department staff to ensure adherence to procedures and performance expectations.
• Coordinate merchandising, signage, and product displays to support sales and customer engagement.
• Review inventory trends, shrink, and discrepancies to identify and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal audit standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the deli department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deli operations to ensure product availability, quality, and presentation
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper stock rotation, replenishment, and monitoring of product levels
• Ensure all deli products are handled, prepared, and stored in accordance with company and food safety standards
• Monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring timely removal or disposition of unsellable items
• Supervise and manage department staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and performance expectations
• Coordinate merchandising, signage, and product displays to support sales and customer engagement

Work Environment / Expectations
