Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support the deli and coffee bars, delivering friendly service and keeping a clean, stocked area. No experience? No problem—we will teach you!

You will learn deli prep basics, participate in cross-training across departments, and join a team that values growth and reliability. Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures is expected.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
