Love's Travel Stops is seeking a friendly Kitchen Team Member to join our deli operation in Charleston, MO. You will interact with customers, serve fresh items, and help keep the deli area clean, stocked, and inviting, with training provided if you have no prior experience.

This role offers growth, flexible scheduling, and on-the-job learning in food safety and customer service. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 25 pounds and rotating through stations as needed.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including assisting with menu questions and helping store cashier team members in deli cleaning and stocking.
• Prepare deli products such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps and parfait cups according to guides.
• Maintain food safety conditions by following company policies and procedures.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
