Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Kitchen Team Member in Minnesota. You will interact with customers, maintain a clean and stocked deli area, and deliver top-notch service. No experience? We will teach you!

You will prepare deli items per guides, assist in other departments if needed, and work in varied temperatures with a team-oriented environment. This role offers growth and immediate hiring.

Qualifications

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, etc.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
