Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring a Deli Host to greet customers, prepare deli items, and keep the area clean and well stocked. No experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided.

You’ll assist cashier teammates, answer menu questions, and follow food safety procedures while delivering friendly, efficient service across shifts. Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
