The Fresh Market is seeking team members across Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End to join our stores in Northbrook, IL. The role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow while delivering exceptional guest service.

In this team-focused position, you will help ensure product freshness, execute planograms, coordinate with department leadership, and assist guests on the sales floor. The hourly wage is $18.90–$19.40.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Follow all policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach on the sales floor.
