Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking team members to join multiple departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role involves flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, with hourly pay ranges of $18.90–$19.40.

You will ensure freshness and quality, assist guests on the floor, and follow safety and sanitation requirements while supporting a positive shopping experience. Training and growth are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Follow all company policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
