Meijer is a family company serving people and communities. As a Food Clerk, you’ll help create a welcoming store experience in Fresh departments while sharing product knowledge and assisting customers.

You’ll stock, display, and rotate products, use technology for tasks, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment. This role supports multiple departments and aims to keep operations smoothly running.

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
