Job summary

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or management experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Food Service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in food planning and preparation, sanitation, and food handling preferred.
• Relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with every aspect of operating the department.
• Manage the product offerings including jerky, smoked meats, sausage, BBQ, bakery, sandwiches, grab and go, tacos, burritos, hot dogs.
• Solve customer issues quickly in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local foodservice laws.
• Oversee safety rules and proper use of kitchen equipment.
• Supervise food service employees and maintain quality and customer service.
