Job summary

Buc-ee's in Benton, Arkansas is seeking Seasonal Deli/Food Service teammates who love food and helping customers. No experience? We will train. You may work in multiple stations preparing a variety of foods including BBQ, bakery items, sandwiches, jerky and more.

This seasonal role runs from November 1 to January 4. Pay is $25.00 per hour. You’ll follow recipes, maintain sanitation, operate kiosks and kitchen equipment, and provide fast, friendly service to guests, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant or retail experience preferred; kitchen line cook, busser, server, expediter, service staff experience a plus.
• Prolonged walking or standing for 8 hours or more.
• Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, climbing, reaching, balancing, pushing, pulling (up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Prepare Buc-ee’s menu offerings to prescribed recipes.
• Develop culinary skills as you prep bakery items, jerky, fudge, BBQ, and other foods.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Operate Menu Ordering Kiosks, Kitchen Management System, and transaction devices.
• Maintain a clean workstation and promptly complete customer orders.
• Interact professionally with team members and customers.

If you have experience in high volume, fast paced restaurants, and loved every minute of it, this is the place for you. If you don’t have experience, that’s ok – WE WILL TRAIN YOU! We are looking for quick learners who are willing to work in a variety of stations, preparing a multitude of food types. Our employees work with BBQ, baked goods, sandwiches and tacos, jerky, and many other foods.
