Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a current food handlers permit after hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deli items for cold cases, fresh packs, salads, and hot bars per requests.
• Measure and mix ingredients using kitchen tools and equipment.
• Label, date, cover, rotate, and monitor deli items for quality and freshness.
• Develop knowledge of products and answer questions with product suggestions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and practice suggestive selling.
• Comply with all food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
