Aufgaben

• Assist Department Manager in planning, organizing work, staffing needs and training associates to ensure prompt courteous service.
• Keep temperature logs updated and ensure accurate records were kept.
• Respond to customer or associate comments, complaints, requests, incidents and questions.
• Use Computer Assisted Ordering to manage ordering and balance on hand in the Department Manager's absence.
• Perform and direct others in pricing and displaying merchandise; maintain signage, rotation, freshness and space allocation.
• Engage staff in merchandising techniques, customer service and promotional activities.
• Implement company programs and ensure compliance with policies, including harassment/safety.
• Provide input on department budgets, goals and results.
• Maintain equipment and deli areas clean and sanitary.
• Promote, communicate and implement company initiatives to the team.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
