Albertsons Companies is seeking a Deli Department Manager to lead daily deli operations, drive sales, and uphold food safety and quality standards. You will oversee staffing, merchandising, and customer service in a fast-paced environment, coaching teams to deliver exceptional deli experiences.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize labor and inventory while maintaining compliance with safety regulations across all deli activities.

Formación

• Experience in deli operations and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily deli operations with focus on customer service, food quality, and readiness.
• Create a fast, friendly, customer-first environment and resolve questions or requests.
• Execute merchandising plans, planograms, promotions, and seasonal programs.
• Oversee deli prep, slicing, cooking, packaging and merchandising following standards.
• Maintain attractive service cases, grab-and-go and hot displays.
• Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, production logs and waste reporting.
• Build and manage schedules aligned with sales and labor targets.
• Hire, train, coach and develop deli associates while promoting teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, temperature controls and regulatory requirements.
