Responsabilités

• Oversee daily deli operations with focus on customer service and quality.
• Create a fast, friendly, customer-first environment and resolve questions and special requests.
• Execute merchandising plans, planograms, promotions and seasonal sets.
• Oversee deli prep, slicing, cooking, packaging, and display per standards.
• Maintain appealing service cases, grab-and-go and hot cases.
• Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, production logs and waste reporting.
• Build schedules aligned with sales and labor targets.
• Hire, train, coach and develop deli associates while promoting teamwork.
