Job summary

Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. in Cub Foods Alexandria, MN is seeking an experienced deli team member to prepare cheeses, salads, meats, and seafood. You will fill and rotate displays, lift up to 50 lbs, and help manage shrink while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of deli experience, knowledge of meats/cheeses/salads, and Food Safety training. Friendly, customer-focused individuals who can train others and assist with merchandising are encouraged to

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of deli experience.
• Knowledge of meats, cheeses, salads and proper food handling.
• Food Safety training completed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deli products including a variety of cheeses and salads.
• Prepare meat and seafood products including beef, fish, poultry, and pork.
• Fill and rotate cases and displays (up to 50 lbs) and manage shrink.
• Create and manage a weekly work schedule for employees.
• Train and develop deli employees.
• Assist with merchandising and receiving products to keep shelves full.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary store.
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department.
