Responsabilidades

• Promote trust and respect among associates, with a positive attitude.
• Communicate company, department, and job specific information to associates.
• Establish department performance goals and empower associates to meet or exceed targets through teamwork.
• Develop adequate scheduling to manage customer volume.
• Train and develop associates and participate in performance appraisals.
• Create an inviting environment and assist customers with questions about products.
• Inform customers of produce specials and offer samples.
• Review products for quality and freshness and take action when needed.
• Develop and implement a department business plan to achieve desired results.
• Create and execute sales promotions with store management.
• Educate associates about promotions and store guidelines.
• Prepare seasonal critiques for sales and merchandising supervisor.
• Implement department promotional plans.
• Assist with store/department budgets and financial reporting.
