Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Deli Department operations with focus on customer service, food quality, and readiness.
• Create fast, friendly, customer-first environment and handle questions and requests.
• Execute merchandising plans, planograms, promotional sets, and seasonal programs.
• Oversee deli prep, slicing, cooking, packaging, and merchandising per recipes.
• Maintain attractive service cases, grab-and-go and hot displays.
• Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, production logs, and waste reporting.
• Build and manage schedules aligned with sales and labor targets.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop deli associates.
