Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. in Willmar, MN is seeking a Deli Department Lead to oversee the Deli in the absence of the Department Manager. You will ensure the Kitchen & Deli meet merchandising standards, stay fully stocked, and deliver outstanding guest service while leading the Deli staff. You will ensure quality and freshness of salad and sliced meats, educate guests at the counter, engage guests with product samples and suggestive selling, and uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Deli Department in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Lead the Deli staff to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Ensure freshness and quality of salads and sliced meats; educate guests at the counter.
