Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Department Manager to lead our Deli department at our location.

You will drive sales and gross profit through effective staffing, training, and guest service excellence, while directing ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and freshness of deli products. As a key leader, you’ll coach the team, oversee inventory and shrink, ensure food safety and company safety practices, and manage performance conversations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Deli department to maximize sales and gross profits.
• Direct ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing and freshness.
• Maintain accurate records, guest service, and employee relations.
• Manage labor, expenses, inventory, shrink and safety practices.
• Conduct performance conversations and ensure food safety compliance.
