Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is looking for a Department Manager to lead the Deli at our location.

You will direct ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and product freshness, while coaching the department team to deliver remarkable guest service. As the key leader, you’ll oversee recordkeeping, labor management, inventory, shrink, and safety practices, striving to maximize sales and gross profits through effective use of people and resources.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age;
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and freshness of deli products.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping, guest service, labor and expense control.
• Conduct performance evaluations and accountability conversations while ensuring food safety and company safety practices.
