Qualifications

• Experience in deli operations and inventory management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, and direct work.
• Review sales data and manage inventory to keep in-stock levels.
• Support management in profit and loss, promotions, and PR.
• Enforce food safety standards and rotate products properly.
• Assist with catering orders and deli product labeling.
• Provide friendly customer service and handle phone/in-person orders.
